Faith House Capital Campaign

THE REQUEST

Frederick Rescue Mission, an established ministry and recovery program in Frederick, Maryland, had a desire to create promotional material to notify the community of an exciting new addition to their ministry: Faith House. They needed a way to help raise capital to get their new ministry off the ground.

Faith House is a place with a Christ-centered approach to meeting the urgent physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of homeless women with or without children in a 90-day program that promotes self-sufficiency. It is an extension of the Frederick Rescue Mission, which is a Christ-centered ministry providing food to the hungry, clothing and furniture to the needy, residential recovery programs to the homeless or chemically addicted, and connection within the community through relationships.

THE RESULT

I worked with an art director to develop and design a direct mail capital campaign: a booklet with interior back cover folder, donation response card, response envelope, and a branded booklet envelope to complete the package. This capital campaign was the primary print material used in partnerships and networking to raise 2 million dollars for Faith House. Grand opening was December 3, 2016.
