Each year, ASCCP holds an annual meeting to educate professionals on the latest standards, best practices, and developments in their industry. It's an interdisciplinary meeting geared towards a wide variety of medical and research professionals. ASCCP is an organization created to educate doctors and medical professionals on today's standards in colposcopy.
It serves as the primary source of postgraduate colposcopy training not only in the United States, but globally, offering Continuing Medical Education programs, annual meetings, journals, mentorship, and training opportunities throughout the year.
ASCCP provided a color illustration, and requested that I create a colorful, inviting collection of materials for their 2018 annual meeting in Las Vegas, while utilizing their core brand color, navy.
Multiple print, direct mail, and digital pieces that create a cohesive, lively and professional message: this campaign conveys the excitement of the annual meeting location (Vegas!), while remaining true to the core value of improving clinician competence, performance, and patient outcomes.
To remain economical and environmentally conscious, the campaign launched with a digital pdf for prospective exhibitors, and ended with compact informational mailers, which highlight the upcoming programs at the meeting. For the meeting itself, a complete program, as well as specific tract mini-programs, were designed.
